The Archives

In mid-March, I began to fast on Thursdays in solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip who were facing Israeli generated famine during Ramadan. I didn’t want to just fast, but also raise consciousness about the Zionist entity in my community, especially my Christian peers. On Thursdays, I continue to fast and use the extra time to reflect, write a newsletter and donate to UNRWA. This blog serves as an archive of the reflections.

I am a high school history teacher interested in the intersections between the Christian Faith, liberationist movements, and the social science discipline. As a former double pastors kid and survivor of an evangelical undergraduate education, I find theology very interesting especially in the ways that it upholds or challenges imperialism.
